FIT4LIFE is a one-hour group fitness class for those 55 and above. Catered to helping increase and preserve the longevity of your life, this class is for those looking to get in shape, increase mobility and lay a foundation for an enjoyable future. With mindfulness dedicated to the way your body moves and functions at this stage in your life, we are here to ensure you a safe, fun and helpful journey to enhancing the quality of your every day routine and life.
Focusing on foundational movements such as squatting,pushing and pulling, FIT4LIFE's goal is to optimize the way your body moves and provide you with the tools you need to live your best life. Our objective is to allow you to enjoy the simple, everyday activities such as playing with your grandchildren, carrying groceries or performing everyday household chores with ease.
This class will occur three times per week, every Tuesday and Thursday at 10 a.m. and every Friday at 6 p.m.
