The Standard
"Box rules and gym etiquette."
CrossFit 717 is built on effort, respect, and consistency. Every class is a shared space where people come to work, improve, and support each other. The expectation is simple—show up ready to train, stay focused, and be part of a positive environment.
Coaches lead every session with structure and purpose, and members are encouraged to listen, move with intent, and give their best effort. Respect for the space and the people in it matters—clean up equipment, share the floor, and help keep things running smoothly.
Everyone starts somewhere, and everyone is held to the same standard: put in the work, support the community, and keep moving forward.

Be On Time
Arrive a few minutes early so class can start smoothly and the full warm-up is completed.
Respect the Coach
Listen during instruction, ask questions when needed, and follow the structure of the class.
Scale Appropriately
Choose weights and movements that allow for good form and steady progress.
Prioritize Good Movement
Quality always comes before intensity—move well first, then build from there.
Clean Up After Yourself
Wipe down equipment and return everything to its place after use.
Support the Community
Encourage others, stay present, and help create a positive training environment.
Stay Safe
Be aware of your surroundings and communicate with coaches about any injuries or limitations.
