With so many uncertainties and questions regarding kids returning to school this year and having hybrid schedules, it can feel a little overwhelming. While education, social interaction and daily routines are critical for your child’s success, so is their physical fitness and the importance of moving their bodies.
This class is for kids ages 8-14, and designed to introduce and develop a love for functional fitness and the importance of a healthy lifestyle at an early age. Through this program, your child will be challenged, gain strength, proper body mechanics, and most importantly, learn self-resilience and focus while moving their bodies.
KidFit classes are on Tuesdays and Thursdays at 3:30 pm, 45-60 minutes long (warmup, movement instruction + workout included) with a certified coach containing the necessary Pennsylvania child abuse history clearances, Pennsylvania State police criminal background checks and Safe Sport certifications.
